Who We Are

DevJam is a company composed of agile collaborators based in The Twin Cities. As mentors and practitioners, we coach, teach and use the processes and technologies which consistently deliver value to customers and consumers. By combining pragmatic agility and strong development skills, we help companies improve, innovate and improvise around the world. Our coaches and developers match technologies and processes in a humane way that produces better software.

What We Do

Polyglots to the end, DevJammers coach, teach, and code across languages and industries. Our services include on-site coaching and coding, public and private course offerings, and informal brown bag learning sessions.

Our coaching is pragmatic and contextual. We work with you to understand your needs before suggesting ideas for growing or augmenting your development practices and processes. We have helped a large number of local, national, and international organizations of all sizes improve their products, processes and code.

Our courses are hands on, providing attendees with skills they can immediately apply to technology and product development. Our brown bag sessions start wildly valuable discussions on the latest technologies and practices which are proving (or have proven) to be successful.

We also design and deliver customer software. By combining small teams, lean thinking and skilled developers, we provide competitive development costs with on-shore and off-shore companies around the world.

Lastly, the DevJammers rock! Our coaches and developers are leaders who set up sustainable eco-systems of tools, techologies and processes.
